What is a number and how is it priced?
A number is a unique code of three letters and three digits — MYN042, say — and it becomes the address of your profile. The price starts from a base and rises with how rare the letters and digits are. Type any combination on the pricing page and its price appears straight away.
How does the NFC device work?
Hold the device — card, ring or bracelet — to somebody's phone and your Flex profile opens by itself. Nobody installs an app. Phones without NFC use the QR code instead.
What does it do for a cafe or a hotel?
Every table or room gets its own QR code and its own NFC tag. A guest taps it, the menu or service list opens, and from there they call a waiter, ask for the bill or leave a review. The request arrives on the phone by the till with a sound and with the table number on it. The monthly report shows the average time to answer and which table calls most.
How many staff can I add?
The team plan is sold by the seat, minimum five. A seat belongs to the company rather than to a person: when somebody leaves it frees up and goes to the next hire.
How do I pay?
Payme for a number and a personal subscription. Cafes, hotels and companies pay by invoice and bank transfer: the document is issued in the cabinet and the subscription is extended when the money arrives.
